morihaus I think this is my favorite album of the year. It is both somber and uplifting, and is dark at the same time that it is invigorating. 8-bit Dungeon Synth may very well become a thing after the appearance of Digre, but I am confident there is no other artist who could duplicate what this music does. Favorite track: 23:00 - Herre, giv mig tårar, tanke på döden samt förkrosselse..
Kaptain Carbon
Kaptain Carbon thumbnail
Kaptain Carbon This is spiritual music run through chip processors which could halfway between overland music for videogames and if the whole of the medieval period was cast in 8 bit. Dirge is an odd duck in just about every genre of music you try assign to them and it is just that uniqueness which makes this release so wonderful. Favorite track: 23:00 - Herre, giv mig tårar, tanke på döden samt förkrosselse..

about

In the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit!
This is not ecclesiastical music. Do not play this during worship. It is not supposed to be listened to while praying or reading scripture. Orthodox hymnography and Byzantine music are genuine expressions of the Orthodox Church, whereas this music is not.
This music is certainly inspired by the Orthodox Church and often just copied straight from the choirs sheets but this is still just secular music for you to enjoy.

I thank you for listening and I hope you like it.
